How Football Works

Flag Football is American Football with no contact, and flags instead of tackles. The object of the game is to cross into the opponent's endzone with the ball in your possession and with your flags still attached to your belt.

Coed teams compete 7-on-7, with a 2-woman minimum, for two 18-minute halves. Check out our full list of league rules.

Sign up individually or with a small group of friends. We will find a team for you!

Captains create a team at registration, then distribute the team password to teammates so they can register themselves.

Team rosters with fewer than 12 players (including at least 4 women) will be assigned Free Agents.

Keep It Social

This is a social league for people looking to have fun, meet new friends, and play casually, whether as a beginner or as a seasoned player willing to help others to learn the game. If you're a serious competitor, this may not be the league for you.

Prizes

Here, the social is just as important as the sport. We award prizes for the season's Game Champs, and we also honor the Bar Champs & Spirit Champs, teams that best exemplify the fun, social spirit of the league. More info on awards on our FAQ page.
